📜 Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use or download any of our Framer templates made by ScriptingPixels. By using our stuff, you're agreeing to everything below.

🧾 1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of ScriptingPixels Framer templates and other digital assets. By purchasing, downloading, or using a template, you accept these terms in full.

🔞 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter contracts to use our templates.

🧩 3. Products and Licensing

All templates are released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). You’re allowed to:

  • ✅ Use, modify, and share templates, even commercially
  • 📢 Attribute the original source when redistributing
  • 🚫 Not restrict others when sharing modified versions
  • 🎨 Figma and non-code assets are excluded unless stated

Play fair. Don’t misrepresent, resell without modification, or pretend it’s 100% your original work.

💳 4. Payment

All payments are processed securely via [your platform, e.g. Lemon Squeezy]. Prices are in USD and may not include taxes or additional fees.

❌ 5. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable. All sales are final. If something breaks, reach out — we’ll do our best to help.

🛠️ 6. Support & Updates

We offer email support and free updates when available. Support covers help with the template, not full-blown custom dev or Framer coaching.

⚖️ 7. Intellectual Property

Code is licensed under GPL-3.0. However, the ScriptingPixels brand, site content, and unique design elements remain ours unless explicitly released.

💬 8. Feedback

If you leave a review or send feedback, we may use it to promote ScriptingPixels (your email stays private, though).

⛔ 9. Termination

If you abuse the license, misrepresent the work, or breach this Agreement, we reserve the right to revoke access to updates or services.

⚙️ 10. Third-Party Services

We rely on tools like Framer and Lemon Squeezy. Using our templates means you also agree to their terms and policies.

🌍 11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Uruguay. Disputes will be resolved through local courts, if it ever comes to that.

🚨 12. Liability Disclaimer

ScriptingPixels isn't responsible for bugs, downtime, or losses caused by using the templates. Use them at your own risk.
