Replace the existing WordPress website with a modern experience that makes Drayton’s services easier to understand and helps employers find the right kind of support. The site needed to speak directly to practical, on-the-ground industries while presenting legal, HR, and payroll expertise with confidence.
The approach
The visual direction was intentionally kept away from the conventions of a traditional law firm website. Instead, it takes its cues from the industrial and construction workplaces Drayton’s supports—practical, grounded, and direct, while still feeling credible for a professional advisory business. The homepage leads with a clear message for employers, then organizes the offering into three service areas: consulting, law, and HR and payroll. Supporting sections explain areas of expertise, establish trust through concise proof points, and guide visitors toward booking a consultation or exploring a service.
A dark, restrained palette and vivid green accents give the interface a confident visual identity, while industry photography connects the content to the people and workplaces Drayton’s serves. The redesigned site was rebuilt in Webflow.
